- Born in Singapore in 1973, my first degree obtained in 1996 was not in writing, but in nursing. Then I found myself developing an interest in literacy works over the next decade and in a bid to pursue my passion enrolled myself in an online creative writing course with the Writer’s Bureau, Manchester, UK. I have since had my works published in a local weekly paper, Connect Savannah, and a local website: www.savannahbest.com under the byline of Katherine Rachel. One of my short stories was also previously selected for publishing by The Secret Attic in their July 07 eBooklet. Currently, I reside in Singapore with my husband and cat while endeavoring to complete my first novel and fictionalised biography: The Eight-Year Diary Of Nurse Molly Goh.
